Summary

Turnkey Leads gives a solo real estate agent the two things they use every week: a list of their leads and a branded email to send them. It lives inside the agent's own WordPress site, next to the listings. We built the plugin and the site template, and we run both. $29 a month, no contracts.

The challenge

One agent, one list, and no reason to pay for a brokerage platform.

A solo agent needs to capture the leads that come through their site and email the people on their list. The tools built for that are built for brokerages: team seats, pipelines, drip campaigns, a second login and a monthly bill to match.

It started inside a real agent's site we built. She wanted the leads from her forms in one place, a note on each person, and a good-looking email she could send on a Saturday morning. Nothing more. We built that for her, then made it a product any agent on a Turnkey site can switch on.

The approach

Inside the site, not beside it.

  1. 01
It lives in WordPress, with its own door.

The manager sits at /manage with its own Leads manager role, so the agent never sees the WordPress admin. Leads arrive from the site's forms; a CSV import wizard brings in the rest.

  2. 02
Sold as an add-on, priced for one person.

The plugin ships in every Turnkey site and stays off until subscribed. Lead capture, forms to the agent plus a branded thank-you, is the free part. The list and the sender are $29 a month or $290 a year, with no contract.

  3. 03
The emails match the site's own emails.

Two designs, a general update with a house photo and a listing card, built to match the thank-you emails the site already sends. The agent's logo, headshot and closing line are set once under Email look.

  4. 04
    A demo that never sends.

Visitors to turnkey.circlesco.com/manage can delete, import, edit and "send", each in their own session sandbox. No email goes out, and the sample contacts come back for the next visitor.

  5. 05
    Colors stay readable.

An agent picks their accent color; a light accent gets dark button text and is darkened automatically until it meets AA contrast, so no site ships unreadable buttons.

The template is called Slate & Ochre: a deep blue-gray, one warm gold and an off-white page. Cormorant Garamond gives the listings and the emails the feel of a printed brochure; Instrument Sans does the work in the manager. Twelve sample listings and a fictional agent show a new client what their own site will look like before they touch it.

Componentsreal UI, rebuilt in code

Six statuses, three tabs, two email designs.

The manager is plain on purpose: soft pills, round buttons and a table an agent can read between showings. The site side is a brochure. Every piece here is rebuilt in code from the real screens: live, resizable, nothing invented.

The product

The site, the three tabs, and the look of the email.

Six lead statuses from New Lead to Past Client, a private history of notes and status changes, a live preview, test sends and drafts, results per email, and one-click unsubscribe. Every screen below is the live demo.

01 · The site

A site that asks for the lead.

Listings, services, a join-the-list form and a live-demo button, all in the agent's own look on the Circles Framework theme. Lead capture is the free part: the form goes to the agent, and the visitor gets a branded thank-you. Avery Hale and her twelve listings are sample data.
